About our West Odessa flooring contractor business

Our story started with floors that failed
I spent years doing upkeep for a property management company, and a lot of that work was tearing out floors somebody else had rushed. Most of them failed for the same reason. Nobody ground the concrete or checked it before the coating went on. That's where I learned concrete coatings, and in 2013 I started this business so the prep would get done right the first time.
Today we're best known for garage and shop floors that stay stuck down. Around West Odessa, the calls come from homeowners, landlords and business owners who need a floor that holds up to trucks, tools and daily use. I still read a slab the way I used to read a work order, problem first and fix second. If a cheap fix won't hold on your concrete, I'd rather tell you than sell it to you. You can see all the work we do on our home page, or start on our contact page and I'll come take a look.

What working with our crew looks like
Here's what you'll notice from the day I look at your slab to the day you walk on the finished floor.
We grind the concrete first
Before any coating goes on, we grind your slab and check it, because a coat laid over smooth or dirty concrete is the kind that lets go. How much grinding and patching your floor needs is usually the biggest thing that moves the price.
Straight answers about your slab
I come out to look at your floor myself, and if your slab isn't ready for what you want, I'll say so before we talk colors or finishes. You get the bad news first and the fix second.
A schedule built around your downtime
Keeping rentals and businesses running taught us that a closed garage, unit or shop costs you, so we plan the job around how long your space can be shut down. The prep your slab needs and the coating you pick are what the schedule usually turns on.
Licensing, insurance and permits on your job
Licensed and fully insured
Licensed and fully insured. The owner writes your estimate and our own crew does the work, so you know who's on your floor from the first pass of the grinder to the last coat.
Help with county permits
West Odessa falls under Ector County, and for property under county rules, Ector County Development Services issues the permits required for developments. If a permit question comes up on your job, we'll help you figure out which office covers your address and help with the paperwork when one is needed.
